I hate being pregnant. I wish I was one of those happy glowing pregnant ladies, but I'm not. I was semi that way with Piper, but not that way now. I smile and laugh but inside. I would rather be in control of my body.
  • Not having someone kick and roll and move literally 24 hours a day.
  • Give me heartburn and acid reflux.
  • Control what I eat and how much.
  • I want to decide what I wear and not my huge belly at only 27 weeks.
  • I want to be able to play with my kids and move faster than a snail.
  • The back pain that never goes away.
  • My belly making it hard to carry my kids or hold them in my lap or give them a hug.
  • The way I am wheezing from just walking up the stairs or folding laundry or just talking to much.
  • The way I am EXHAUSTED CONSTANTLY. That could be due to trying to keep up with 3 kids, one of them being a very crazy 2 year old who likes to RUN!
I guess I could go on for ever, but what pregnant lady in her 3rd trimester couldn't? I know I should be grateful to be able to get pregnant and that I have wonderful terrific kids and I AM!! I TRULY AM, but being pregnant almost constantly since 2006, I am ready for a break! I due love when......
  • I put my hand on my belly and my baby says hello by moving.
  • when my other kids come up to me and rub my tummy and tell Baby Ace they love him.
  • the fact that they all look like their Daddy.
  • how happy I am to be surrounded by little people that love me unconditionally.
  • the joy I feel when Sam is holding them and playing with them.
  • when the doctor firsts puts my newborn baby in my arms and I know Heavenly Father just sent me his most prized possession.
So I guess in the end it is all worth it..... sometimes!

it's funny how after a couple years we forget all the miserable-ness of it all(and weight gain -for me:) and want another sweet newborn to hold:)
