Ebel SKivers are little round pancakes. A little different batter, but pretty close to pancake batter. You dip them in butter then sugar! They are yum-o! We eat them every 6 months when General Conference comes around. We LOOOVE General Conference for more than just getting to listening to our latter-day prophets and apostles!
