Valentine's, Nikki's Birthday and all the rest

Valentine's day I spent in Arizona at the J. Reuben Clark Law Society national conference at ASU. I didn't get to spend it with Nikki, but she said she had a good time anyway eating Chinese food with a friend from the ward. I was lonley without my wife and daughter, and they were not happy without me, either. It was good to see my family in AZ, but even better to get back to Nikki and Piper.
Nikki's Birthday was Wednesday, and lucky us, there was a snow storm. Nikki was in charge of a combined activity that night, but there was so much snow we thought it should have been cancelled. Instead, we had to drive out in 10 inches of snow to have a cookoff. My car got stuck in the snow, but the young men were able to push it out and get us to the church. Of course Nikki was stressed out from all the broohaha. She decided that her birthday was too frustrating to count, so we celebrated again today. Nikki got to buy some new clothes and eat some good food. Nice.
It's Saturday night, that means cartoon night for me. I look forward to cartoons all week long, so tonight is going to be great. Of course my favorite is One Piece. If anyone out there knows what One Piece is, then you are destined to go far in life.
Here's some recent pics of our crew. These are all from Nikki's birthday.

I am so sorry that Nikki's birthday was kind of a bummer-Way to go on celebrating on a better day. That's the way it should be. I'll have to look into one piece. Do you know Avatar? Rick really likes it, and I've watched a few-they are not too bad. But I'm still a spongebob fan through and through! Tell your wife Happy Belated Birthday from me.

Aileena, of course I have seen Avatar. It is a pretty good show. But One Piece is epic. It has been running for 10 years. The comic it is based on has had nearly 500 chapters. One Piece is pretty much the best comic/show in the world.

Thanks Kemra. It has been a long time since I heard from you. I hope things are going well. From the looks of your blog, it looks like things are going great. Congratulations on 5 years of marriage, too. Your kids look like a lot of fun. I really liked the haircut pics. Well, talk to you later.
