Need suggestions

I have a friend that is a huge help to me and my family and her birthday is coming up and I have no idea what to get her that will give her a little bit of thanks for all her help. What do you suggest?

I accept Visa, Mastercard or even checks. :) A gift card to Target or maybe a gift certificate out to eat. Just ideas. Good luck!
