homemade cookie

I attempted to make homemade cookies this afternoon. Lets just say Sam didn't marry me for my domestic cooking skills! They aren't terrible, and I followed the directions, but they aren't good. My kids ate them, but to them a cookie is a cookie. But to Mommy...... I've had better!
