Odi and I stayed home from church today. She woke up and came straight to me, I was still in bed, bringing her blanket. She curled up and just cuddled. This was a different cuddle. Lethargic type cuddling kinda. Anyway, she didn't have a high temp but enough to make her lousy. I gave her Tylenol and she just wanted me to hold her and when you have 3 kids and you are trying to feed them, bathe them, and get them dressed for church all by yourself, you can't really sit. Her temp came down but she was still not feeling well. She took a good long nap, (and so did mommy, what else do you do in a quiet house on a Sunday afternoon) and feels better. Well as long as she gets her medicine in time.
It was really sad. She looked so pitiful. Piper and Thaddeus never got sick till they were in Nursery, (one more reason we love Nursery) It was nice to sit and cuddle with her on the couch once Sam came back from his meetings and picked the others up. She was almost back to her crazy normal self right before bed. Of course she was though!

I totally used to curse nursery and primary for making my kids sick. Nothing compares to kindergarten though. I HATE that sickness comes to our house weekly thanks to kindergarten.
Poor sweetie. Glad she's feeling better now. I remember spending lots of sleepless nights with you girls, especially Kelli, watching fevers. Stay on the lookout for those ear infections...
