It's been a while...

Ok so I posted before we left on our 6 week vaction across America, but since we got home a week ago I have had no motivation to spend more time than it takes to walk by the computer at the computer. Now that Thadd is mobile and Piper is peeing in the potty, I feel like my babies are getting way to big and that one day they will not want to play with Mommy anymore so I am spending all of my free time playing with them and enjoying them! At nap times I am getting caught up on my house chores and when they go to bed I am trying to get caught up on Pipers scrapbook and start Thadd's. I have hist first month done. It only took me 20 pages!! I must not love him much! Anyway... I did post our vaction pictures on my facebook, so you will have to go check those out. Here is a little of what is happening at my house......
Thaddeus is 6 months now and Piper is 2 years and 3 months.
We went to the park the other day it was only in the low low 70's so we had to get Thaddeus all bundled but the sun was out, and that doesn't happen to often. Piper was dying to go to the park so we took a walk and saw our friend Dave Formenti on the way, and we got to chat with him for a minute so we are glad that we decided to go! First time in the swing! He loved it. He just dangled and giggled! Piper's favorite thing at the park is the swing! She would wing the whole time! SHe is also into her sunglasses lately. She will wear them whenever I do and put them on top of her head like I do when I do and she carries a pink purse and a baby doll and calls her "her baby Thaddeus" I think I have a clone! But she's cute! Love Love LOVE these pictures! I can't wait to scrapbook them!
Piper on her potty. This picture is her actually pooping, but dont tell her I told you that in a few years ok!? My big boy sits up by himself now, and scoots everywhere, and eats real food, holds his own bottle, can go to a sitting postion from knees! He is so big! Where did my baby go?? He looks more and more like Piper did if that is possible. And at the same time looks more and more like daddy!
Well, that is whats going on at my house!

It was so fun to see you guys! Eric has the same Elmo potty chart and Piper does. Worked wonders for him. He's doing really great. I'd be mad if Piper was potty-trained before Eric!! :o)

I feel the same way -- my kids are getting so big that I just want to play with them all the time.
